Pouya Airline Ticket Regulations on Domestic Destination
Issuing tickets:
- Inserting the first name and surname and national code is required in accordance with the correct ID and the correct contact number of the passenger in PNR.
- Inserting title is required correctly (MR, MRS, CHD, Inf) in front of the name and surname when booking and forming a PNR.
- To calculate the CHD rate (from the beginning of the third year of birth to 12 years): 50% of the ADL base rate is calculated and the tolls are calculated according to the projected amounts in the reservation system.
- To calculate the Inf rate (baby from birth to two years): 10% of the ADL base rate is calculated and the tolls are calculated according to the projected amounts in the reservation system.
- The unaccompanied child (UMM) rate will be calculated equal to the adult rate. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are accepted as a child without a companion and with relevant conditions and regulations.
- Enter the UM code after the passenger’s full name in PNR.
- Enter SSR: UNMR in PNR Traveler in accordance with Reservation System.
- Entering a landline and mobile phone number at the origin and destination.
- Guidance of Vali or Traveler to attend the company office at the source station and complete the relevant form.
- The amount permitted for the passenger (ADL, CHD) 20 kg and for the Inf 10 kg passenger.
- Tickets for baby less than 7 days and her mother is not allowed.
- Any adult is allowed to have a baby, if the baby has a baby, one of them is admitted to the child and its ticket will be issued, exporting, replaced and refunded.
- Only if the passenger has a reservation, the ticket is allowed and the agency is not allowed to issue a ticket with the Expect List Code (WL, HN).
- If the traveler does not have an Iranian citizen, his passport information will be entered in accordance with the ticket rules of the company.
Ticket Refunds:
- Before the extradition, the PNR should be revoked, otherwise the cost of extradition will be calculated by the highest fine.
- The ticket issued for the baby is exempt from paying any penalties. If the ticket is non -refundable by the rules, the baby’s ticket will also be refundable.
- Tickets to the station stamp containing the text of “Delay over 2 Hours” and “Flight Validity” can be fully refunded.
- Tickets to the station stamp will be treated by the “delayed more than 4 hours” text according to the passenger’s rights style on domestic domestic flights.
- Tickets to the station stamp containing the text of the “medical prevention” text of the patient and mobile passenger ticket can be fully refunded and responsible for the exporter.
- E -tickets for passengers who have lost their first domestic or second domestic flight due to delays or cancellation of the first domestic flight or the second domestic flight (by the contracting airline) will be exempt from any CRCN ticket cancellation fee provided that the date The issuance of this ticket has been revoked before the date of the flight and the flight is a round trip between the two cities.
